Chatteris Fen Raceday, Huntingdon Racecourse - ABANDONED

Good morning from the press room at Huntingdon!

It's a fine and beautiful day here in Cambridgeshire, although the drama has already started by means of an 11am course inspection due to the brook bursting it's bank and causing 1-2m of flooding onto the home straight. Bit of a pain really given the 3 hour drive, but there we go!

There is another inspection at 12 to see if any more of the course is going to be affected, but it will be relayed to us as soon as any information is known. Tense times really!
